Part of the transformation in healthcare management

Health is not only a fundamental human right, but also a space where economic and ethical decisions converge in complex ways. From budget allocation to access to advanced treatments, every decision directly impacts people's lives and challenges us to act justly and humanely.

For me, the seminar was very valuable and important. To be able to share knowledge and experiences with outstanding people from different countries, professions and academic, social, political and governmental responsibilities, to talk about ethics and values in health, within the framework of respect and the construction of the common good is very enriching and engaging, which nourishes vocation and Hope.

This is a very important initiative to promote the exchange of experiences among the invited experts. Therefore, it is important to specify the conceptual framework of reference and to rescue application experiences from a managerial perspective. Conclusions should be drawn and an agenda for the future should be built.

My participation in the VIII International Seminar "Ethics in Health Management" has been a deeply enriching experience. The topics discussed not only gave me new perspectives, but also provided me with valuable tools to face the ethical challenges in health management. I am deeply grateful for the knowledge acquired and for the quality of the speakers who offered their wisdom at the event.

I had the opportunity to attend and speak on the topic "Ethics in Immunization" at the VIII International Seminar "Ethics in Health Management". The International Seminar on Ethics in Health Management held in Rome is an extraordinary academic and life experience. In addition to the extremely important topics for the development of health systems that I thought of in a global and humanitarian way, the debates were of a very high level. I recommend to all leaders of health systems in the world, leaders of companies operating in the health sector, to participate in this unique, transformative and renewing experience.

My experience at the Ethics in Health Management Seminar at the Vatican in 2023 was exceptional. The academic content and the exchange of ideas with colleagues and representatives of international institutions were fundamental to my learning. In August 2022, I had the honor of participating in the II SEMINAR ON HEALTH SERVICES AND INTRODUCTION TO INSTITUTIONS OF EXCELLENCE, in the city of Washington DC. Undoubtedly, a space that invites learning, dialogue and participation among different actors in the health system, promoted with a combination of presentations, discussions and exchanges of excellence.
